BOOKING POLICY
To confirm bookings, a 50% deposit will be required.
In the event of a cancellation on the day, the deposit will not be refunded.
If the timing of the session is required to be changed, please contact to let us know.
If you require the date of the session to be changed, please let us know 72 hours in advance and we will happily reschedule.
If the size of the party changes, please let us know 72 hours in advance so we can accommodate as required. If additional people attend without notice, we will do our best to accommodate.
SESSION POLICY
AGE CONFIRMATION
In accordance with the Alcohol Licensing Act (2003), by agreeing to our terms & conditions you confirm that all those attending the session are 18 years of age and over. If found to have voided this, the session will be cancelled and the deposit will be not be refunded.
PAYMENT
The outstanding balance is to paid on the day of the session.
CANCELLATION
In the unlikely event we must cancel your booking, we will offer you another date and time with the same arrangements. Failing this, we will provide a full refund of all the monies that have been paid at the time.
BEHAVIOUR
We reserve the right to refuse service, remove a person or cancel the event due to unreasonable behaviour. No refunds will be provided.
